If you have pale, dirty looking skin or maybe cracked looking skin surely you want to change your bad skin look and you want to sun bathe. Everything is in your hands. Especially nowadays scientists are creating some extraordinary creams and lotions. And don't forget plastic surgery can correct anything the sun and a good diet can't improve on.
Creams for sunburn will work perfectly but in a different way in the future. American scientists have learned to protect the cells of the skin from DNA damage, not preventing it from the harm of solar beams, and stimulating the natural processes of damage and restoration. Owing to this method in research, it was possible to considerably lower the probability of skin tumors and the development of cancer.
In an experiment with scientists from the medical faculty of Boston University, doctors manipulated the skin of laboratory mice with ultra-violet beams. One group of mice received protection which active component was a fragment of the nucleonic acid similar to those which are a part of DNA. Dinucleotide of thymidine (pTT) got into a skin, struggling with arising mutations in cells.
As the head of research; Dr. David Goukassian remarked that skin protection [in the mice] against tumors increased six times. Scientists explained that penetration of pTT in the skin causes activation of a natural immunization system against mutations through fiber p53. Thus, when beams start to damage the skin, protection is already active and ready to resist cell damage.
Authors of the work published in the pages of "Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences", reported that in order to conduct research on the creation of sun block for future generations, there will need to be tests on volunteers.
When you're attempting to change your bad skin look remember about the harm of sunburn.
Despite the vitamin D advantage, an overdose of solar radiation is harmful to the health of a person. The question is only what your "norm" is, and how strong and healthy your body is to sustain unmerciful "roasting" in the sun. And this in turn will impact dirty looking skin and cracked looking skin.
And the norm of ultraviolet rays is much less than the majority of people consider. Actually a daily walk in a "lacy" shadow of trees is quite enough for a person, and staying in the sun for a long time does not make an advantage for your health.
People with swarthy skin suffer from sun burn less often, and, hence, their skin deals better with the influence of ultraviolet rays. But the lighter your skin is, the more dangerous ultraviolet rays can be. And thus, there is a bigger probability of you being receptive to skin cancer. Besides under the influence of solar radiation, the formation of freckles, pigment spots (nevus) and malignant tumors increases. Remember, the sun steals vitamins!
The sun not only gives a skin a desirable bronze color and improves your bad skin look, but also promptly exhausts stocks of vitamin A without which a body is not in a condition to cope with ultraviolet rays, wounds and cuts.
A deficiency of vitamin A slows down the process of skin restoration, resulting in the appearance of a bad skin look, premature wrinkles, loss of hair, and the probability of skin oncological diseases. Particularly individuals living in average and northern latitudes can suffer from the deficiency of vitamin A that is why they tend to go to warmer states or countries to enjoy the sunshine during the winter months in their home countries.
So, find out a little bit more about the proper way to sun-bathe, and you could safely improve your bad skin look.
